Recovery Support Services (RSS) Program

Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Services is soliciting Applications from qualified providers to provide services for our Recovery Support Services (RSS) Program. The RSS Program is designed to support client choice and expand access to a selection of recovery support services.

Requirements are listed in the Utah State Office of Substance Use and Mental Health office directives which are located at https://sumh.utah.gov/providers/contracts-and-monitoring/ under the heading SUMH office directives for the current year. In addition, all other requirements can be found in the RSS Contract and Business Associates Agreements which can be found at https://www.saltlakecounty.gov/behavioral-health/providers/.

Agencies providing RSS services under this contract must be physically located within Salt Lake County. RSS clients served must reside in Salt Lake County.
